BBC bias
Want to know why the BBC has a Europhile bias? Follow the money, and you get to it having taken millions of pounds of loans from an institution set up to finance capital investment furthering European integration by promoting EU policies.

Someone really ought to do an FoI request and get hold of the loan agreements. If they specified that the BBC had to support EU objectives then we'd really have a story.
I doubt that it is that blatant, more likely there was just an assumption that the Banks objectives would be met. Probably justified by the pre-existing europhile bias.
